Frugal Tip: Page Plus

Cellphones are common thing to have these days. It is no longer a luxury item, but rather a necessity. At least that is how I feel. I'm frugal and I hated to pay so much money for my cell phone and have so little to work with. I had my dumb phone as I like to call it. Which is your very basic phone. I couldn't text or go online. My bill with taxes was around $70 and I had around 600 minutes. I was with that particular carrier for over 3 years. Up until 2 years ago that is, then I discovered Page Plus.

Right now I only pay $29.95 and get so much more at a cheaper price. Hard to believe right? It is true! I get 1,200 minutes, 3,000 text messages, and 100 mb of data. I said goodbye to my dumb phone and have a HTC Ozone. That is the other beauty of Page Plus, you can bring whatever CDMA/Verizon used phone you want with the exception of an Iphone.

Welcome to my blog!

I never thought I would start a blog, but here I am with the help of my sister. I wasn't sure if I really wanted to start one, but since I have been reading a lot of blogs lately I think I have something to offer. Being a single guy, in my mid-20's and currently living on my own. No kids of my own, but I do babysit.

Some things I will offer: Frugal Tips, Product Reviews, Ideas, Information and maybe in the future giveaways.

What I love: Racing (NHRA, F1, ALMS, AMA, MotoGP, V8, SCCA), Watching TV & Movies, Animals (Dogs & Cats) and spending time with kids (just as long as I can give them back!)
